You might know me from my work at Insider, where I broke news about powerful figures like Dave Portnoy and Elon Musk, or The Information, where I wrote features and investigations about the tech industry’s role in shaping politics and society.

I got my start in book publishing at HarperCollins, where I worked on the Freakonomics series. Then I headed to Esquire, where I wrote about pop culture and edited features. Next, a stint at Bon Appétit, before I moved to Los Angeles to make film & television out of journalistic IP for Epic/Vox Media. (Check out Little America on Apple TV+!) Then I was a senior correspondent on Insider’s features team and a reporter for The Information’s Weekend section.

My work has also appeared in Wired, The Verge, Billboard, and others.
